When did you start playing golf and why?

... I started playing in 1997. My friend Tim Gavin asked me one day if I wanted to golf. I thought it sounded boring, but what the hell. We went to a local pitch and putt by my house and played. Once I hit the ball in the air that day, I was hooked.

... On the green: short game. Off the green: hardflips 

 

Favorite home golf course?

… Roosevelt. It's a 9 hole executive course in Griffith Park. It's where I really learned the game and it's still challenging even for a crusty municipal course.

… it means I've actually golfed twice this month. I've been so busy lately that I only golf once every 2 months
